Administration

When you become an employer there are some requirements that must be followed. These include keeping records, paying taxes, and protecting yourself. This section provides some general guidelines. Resources and links to more specific information are given. Often you will find links to web sites that contain updated information because the laws can change that govern some of these areas. You may want to get advice on these issues from an accountant, tax attorney or attorney.

Each section offers suggestions for simplifying the process.
