Independent Living Needs Survey

InfoUse is conducting a statewide needs study for the State Independent Living Council (SILC) and the California Department of Rehabilitation. This study will help policymakers developing the California SILC plan. The needs assessment includes several data collection and public input methods in order to assure a wide range of public participation. We intend to learn directly from people with severe disabilities about the needs and barriers to independent living in California. If you are a California resident with a disability, please take a moment to complete our brief survey and participate in the study.
